By engaging Cozy Space Living for any service, you agree to the terms outlined in the project-specific contract, including scope of work, project timeline, payment schedule, materials, and warranty terms.
2. Project Scope & Changes
All services will be performed according to the agreed project scope. Any additional work, design changes, upgrades, or modifications requested by the client may require additional charges and timeline adjustments.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the schedule mentioned in your contract. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and financing options for qualified projects. Late payments may result in additional fees as specified in the agreement.
4. Materials & Workmanship
Cozy Space Living is committed to providing quality materials and professional workmanship. Material availability, supplier changes, or unforeseen circumstances may require reasonable substitutions with client approval.
5. Project Timeline
We strive to complete projects within the estimated timeline. Delays caused by weather conditions, material shortages, client-requested changes, permits, or circumstances beyond our control will not be considered a breach of agreement.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, necessary approvals, access to the property, and timely decisions required to keep the project moving efficiently.
7. Warranty & Repairs
Warranty coverage applies only to services and materials specified in the signed contract. Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, natural events, unauthorized repairs, or third-party modifications.
8. Limitation of Liability
Cozy Space Living is liable only for work performed under the signed contract. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, acts of nature, structural issues, or modifications made by third parties.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to our services will first be addressed through direct communication and negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may proceed through mediation or binding arbitration according to applicable laws.
10. Privacy & Agreement Acceptance
By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. Client information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.
